ACR 381 Damage Analysis & Estimating Basics

ACR 381 is the first course in the CCI Repair Planner Skills - Guided program.

Working alongside a trainer at your shop, you will learn to inspect, document, and estimate collision damage on real vehicles from day one. Skills include vehicle check-in and pre-repair documentation, pre-repair scanning and scan result interpretation, damage identification (direct and indirect), repair vs. replace decisions using OEM guidelines, and writing complete estimates using your shop estimating system.

A Success Coordinator facilitates monthly check-ins to track progression and reinforce expectations. Your Portfolio of Work begins in this course and follows you through ACR 382, 383, and 384.
