Repair Planner Skills - Guided

This program takes a learner from zero estimating experience to completing proper repair plans  in 9 to 12 months, on real vehicles, alongside a trainer at a collision repair shop. It is designed for repair centers that already have a qualified trainer or lead estimator on-site who can provide daily mentorship.

Monthly virtual check-ins facilitated by a CCI Success Coordinator maintain accountability and reinforce expectations - without the scheduling and cost of weekly Training Manager meetings.

Series of courses include:

• ACR 381 Damage Analysis & Estimating Basics,
• ACR 382 Estimating Logic, Workflow & Repair Planning,
• ACR 383 Advanced Analysis, and
• ACR 384 Repair Plan Ownership. Structural

Suspension, and ADAS content is covered at the level needed to write accurate, complete, and defensible estimates and to coordinate the right work with the right people.

Repair Logic and REVV ADAS are embedded in the workflow from mid-program forward; access is provided by CCI for learners whose sponsoring shop does not already subscribe.

I-CAR PL-1 and PL-2 courses are integrated throughout - separate enrollment. A key benefit of ordering the full program is that subscribers can substitute a different candidate if their first learner drops the program before start of 3rd course, at no additional subscription cost.
