Full program description
This program focuses on 9 key skills needed to become a great automotive painter. Includes sanding and paint prep, paint defects: their causes and cures, mixing and applying paint, and automotive detailing. The Program includes a Boot Camp for Trainees transitioning to work and a Boot Camp for Trainers wanting to understand how to better mentor new apprentices. A key benefit of ordering the entire Program is that subscribed businesses can substitute a different person into the track if their first candidate drops out without completing their program with no additional subscription costs.
