Full program description
The focus of this program is to prepare learners with key skills needed to repair vehicles involved in collisions. Skills included: de-trimming and minor dent repair, plastic repair, parts replacement, corrosion protection, door skin replacement, setup and 3D measuring, structural analysis and repair, steering and suspension analysis, and automotive welding. The Program includes a Boot Camp for Trainees transitioning to work and a Boot Camp for Trainers wanting to understand how to better mentor new apprentices. A key benefit of ordering the entire Program is that subscribed businesses can substitute a different person into the track if their first candidate drops out without completing their program with no additional subscription costs.
