Estimator Skills Program-Managed

This program helps learners develop damage analysis skills, computer estimating skills, and expand their capabilities as estimators and damage appraisers. It can be completed in 12 to 18 months, depending on the learner, and is supported with weekly virtual meetings with a training manager.

Series of courses include:

• Handling Parts,
• Damage Analysis and Estimating,
• Enhanced Estimating, and
• Structural Damage Analysis, with an option of
  • Repair Planning or
  • `Auto Damage Field Appraisal as a specialty.

The Program includes a Boot Camp for Trainees to integrate with all departments, and a Boot Camp for Trainers to understand how to better mentor new apprentices. A key benefit of ordering the entire Program versus 'a la carte' is that subscribers can substitute a different person into the track if their first candidate drops out before starting their 3rd course, with no additional subscription costs. Just the cost of the Training Manager and any workbooks no longer usable.
